I've been a tenant since 2017. WestMar Property Management is by far the best company to rent from. I have had salons all over Murrieta and have been through hell with the landlords taking advantage of tenants. WestMar has always taken care of me, I can't express how grateful I am to the amazing team! Mark and Allison Esbensen are who I owe everything to. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to open my doors to the public and run my business to be able to provide for my family.
WestMar has the dream team working behind the scenes like Jacqueline Krause! She's the senior property manager and I can't thank her enough for how hard she works! I've bothered her on her days off and after hours and she always answered any of my concerns promptly! She goes above and beyond for us tenants! Renee Carpio is another amazing example of why I'm still a tenant, she is the Property Assistant and every time I've ever had a concern she always went above and beyond to making sure it was addressed.

We have been in business for over 30 years and through the years we have worked with many Property Management companies.
For our location in the Shops at Calimesa in Calimesa California (since the beginning of the life of the shopping center), we have gone through so many different management companies until WestMar Property Management took over and what a difference that was. They have been taking care of the center for the past two years and I certainly can say if they are not the best, they must be one of the two best companies that anyone of our businesses has had the pleasure to work with. They have been so prompt and efficient to take care of an issue that we have had here that it is unreal. I can say for us that we have never had to report an issue twice because it was taking care of, the first time that we reported it already.
