Current Job Openings

Assistant Property Manager
  • Lease Administration:
    • Prepare new leases, amendments, assignments, commencement exhibits, etc. for execution
    • Prepare general and tenant correspondence and memorandums
    • Abstract leases with pertinent lease information and enter into Yardi
    • Set up new tenant files
    • Review leases for responsibility (HVAC, utilities, repairs, etc.)
    • Establish dates (i.e. commencement; NNR, NSC, etc.)
    • Enter/update tenants in Yardi
    • Prepare walk-thru forms, welcome letters, etc. for move-in/move-out
    • Prepare legal documents as needed for defaulted tenants (unlawful detainer, breach, pay or quit notices, etc.)
  • Tenant Improvements / Sign Approvals:
    • Prepare plan approval package
    • Exterior building signage  review/approval package
    • Review and process tenant improvement allowance
  • Accounting:
    • Security deposit reconciliations.
    • Reconcile tenant accounts as needed.
    • Budget/reconciliation assistance
    • Assist with lockboxes as needed
    • Late billings/tenant collections
  • Property Owners Associations:
    • Prepare documents as needed for Board Meetings
    • Tally votes
    • Type and distribute minutes from Board Meetings
  • Miscellaneous:
    • Filing as needed
    • Assist Executive Officers and Property Managers as needed
    • Report to Operations Manager and assist with any other tasks as needed
  • Skills/Qualifications:
    • 3 years of experience as an assistant commercial property manager
    • 5 years of commercial property management related experience
    • CA DRE license preferred
    • Detail oriented
    • Letter writing and grammatical skills
  • Computer Skills:

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe Sign. Knowledge of Yardi and AIR CRE Contracts a plus.
