Renee has consistently shown what it means to be someone her team can count on. Over the years, she has taken on new responsibilities, adapted through changes within the accounting team, and continued to find ways to help wherever she’s needed.

In fact, Renee has been recognized as a WestMar Employee of the Month three times—a reflection of the consistency she brings to her work. Her recognition has highlighted her willingness to learn, attention to detail, strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to helping her teammates succeed.

Most recently, during a period of staff changes, Renee stepped up to take on additional responsibilities, cross-trained with outgoing team members, learned new aspects of accounts payable, helped train new staff, and put in the extra effort needed to meet important deadlines.

Five years is a significant milestone, and we’re grateful for all that Renee has contributed to WestMar along the way.
