Luanne Palmer is WestMar’s November 2025 Agent of the Month!

It’s hard to capture the full impact Luanne has on our team, but a recent moment recalled by a co-worker might give you an indication.   “While making copies one afternoon, I was frequently and politely interrupted by Luanne who asked if she could quickly print a lease.  After the third interruption, I finally asked her if these were lease transactions she just completed today, and she said yes.  Three signed leases in one day!  Impressive!”  Her work ethic, determination, and energy are nothing short of inspiring.

Being an agent in a competitive and unpredictable market isn’t easy, but Luanne faces every challenge with positivity and professionalism. She comes to work each day ready to take on whatever comes her way, and she does it all with a smile.

Beyond her individual success, what truly sets Luanne apart is her unwavering commitment to her WestMar family. She never misses an opportunity to show up for her team—whether it’s an awareness day (i.e. breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc.), company celebration, or community event. She’s always there, wearing the appropriate awareness colors, cheering on her peers, and showing compassion for others fighting an illness or who have lost a loved one due to illness. Her presence at every event, big or small, reflects her care and dedication to those around her.

Luanne embodies the spirit of teamwork – hard work, loyalty, and positivity – that defines WestMar. We’re grateful for her energy, her enthusiasm, and her heart.
