Kristen joined WestMar in 2007 and brings over 15 years customer service experience to the team. She assists in coordinating tenant maintenance requests, vendor communications, and various items related to the maintenance of WestMar’s projects.
Jessica joined WestMar in 2021 after over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry and 10+ years as an entrepreneur, growing her own housekeeping business that serviced the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas. As an Assistant Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, Jessica assists with tenant and vendor communications, maintenance requests, and a variety of other administrative tasks.
Aneesia excels in her role as Assistant Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, bringing a wealth of skills in team management and customer service. Her proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing ensures seamless day-to-day operations. Aneesia is particularly adept at problem-solving and time management, skills sharpened through her experience as an Assistant Manager. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent communication abilities, Aneesia is an invaluable asset to our team.
Rick brings a wealth of experience to the WestMar Facilities Maintenance Team. He has spent the last 30 years as owner of a carpet/tile cleaning company and spent 15 of those years also running a handyman service. His proficiency spans all aspects of the property maintenance industry, from carpet repairs and janitorial, to drywall repairs, mold detection, and water restoration. Rick is an invaluable member of the WestMar team and approaches every project with professionalism and attention to detail.
