Tiffany is a licensed real estate agent with ten years of accomplished work as a commercial property manager in the Temecula Valley. Tiffany was introduced to property management by her brother, Mahlon, and she headed the commercial property management division of his company, Tobias Commercial.  She quickly earned a reputation with the property owners she served as hard working, honest, and dependable. She naturally builds genuine relationships with tenants and vendors as she takes a hands-on, problem-solving approach to maintaining asset value and occupancy of the properties she manages. Many of Tiffany’s clients have been with her for the duration of her career and attest to her attention to detail and value as a successful property manager.  Joining the team at Westmar Property Management was a natural progression for Tiffany and the perfect opportunity to work with a team uniquely focused on the needs of property owners.  Tiffany loves what she does, and it shows in every aspect of her work.

Since joining WestMar in 1992, Matthew has been instrumental in the development of its reputation as one of the leading independent property management firm’s in South Riverside County. Matthew is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson specializing in the property and association management of commercial real estate.

Melissa joined WestMar Property Management in 2018.  Prior to joining WestMar, Melissa began her career in the Construction and Real Estate Development industries. She is thrilled to expand her experience with the WestMar Property Management team.

Cindy joined WestMar Property Management in 2017. Prior to joining the WestMar team, Cindy worked for five years in customer service and she has over three years office experience, including receptionist and word processor duties. As an Administrative Assistant, Cindy provides customer service, office administration, and word processing services. Her upbeat and positive attitude help creative positive interactions with clients and the public.
