Tiffany is a licensed real estate agent with ten years of accomplished work as a commercial property manager in the Temecula Valley. Tiffany was introduced to property management by her brother, Mahlon, and she headed the commercial property management division of his company, Tobias Commercial. She quickly earned a reputation with the property owners she served as hard working, honest, and dependable. She naturally builds genuine relationships with tenants and vendors as she takes a hands-on, problem-solving approach to maintaining asset value and occupancy of the properties she manages. Many of Tiffany’s clients have been with her for the duration of her career and attest to her attention to detail and value as a successful property manager. Joining the team at Westmar Property Management was a natural progression for Tiffany and the perfect opportunity to work with a team uniquely focused on the needs of property owners. Jacqueline joined WestMar Property Management in March of 2022 as a Senior Property Manager. In this role she works simultaneously with landlords, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure the clients’ properties she manages are operating to their full potential. She is in constant contact with tenants so that she can address their concerns in a timely manner. Jacqueline oversees the annual operating budgets, implements cost savings and enhancements, and manages every aspect of project management throughout her portfolio.
Prior to joining WestMar, Jacqueline has been a Property Manager for some of the industries’ leading real estate companies and has managed accounts for Union Bank, Southern California Edison, and Bank of America. She spent 8 years as Property Manager for a 1.4 million square foot commercial high-rise office building in downtown Los Angeles that had a variety of high-end corporate tenants.
With over 20 years’ experience managing multiple types of properties and clients, Jacqueline has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in overseeing tenant events, office staff, contractors, and vendors within the property management industry.

Melissa joined WestMar Property Management in 2018 and has become an indispensable asset to our team. As Property Manager, she manages all aspects of the properties in her portfolio including tenant/landlord relations, lease administration, annual budgeting, and vendor/contractor relations for property maintenance and tenant and capital improvements. Both tenants and landlords appreciate her excellent communication skills and her commitment to ensuring each property is operating safely and efficiently.
Melissa brings with her over 15 years of experience in property management. Prior to joining the property management industry, she began her career in the real estate development and construction industries.
She is excited to continue her career with the WestMar Property Management team.
Mayra joined WestMar Property Management in 2019, first as an Assistant to the Facilities Maintenance Department and then as a Property Management Assistant. Mayra brings years of experience working in customer service, lease administration, human resources, and residential management. As a Property Management Assistant, Mayra provides support to the property management team by coordinating with tenants and vendors in tenant improvements, facia and monument signage approvals, and receiving and drafting new leases, amendments and assignments. Mayra looks forward to becoming a Property Manager herself and works hard to learn and grow every day in order to achieve this goal.
Renee is a part of both our WestMar Property Management and Commercial Brokerage teams. She started her journey with us in September 2021. Prior to joining WestMar, Renee worked for many years as an operational manager for a number of firms and as an independent photographer offering residential real estate photography and other photography services. She is excited to utilize her attention to detail and strong customer service and organization skills in her new career path as she supports the WestMar team in providing excellent service to its clients
Jessica Cohen became an integral part of WestMar Property Management in 2021, bringing with her over 15 years of invaluable experience in the service industry and a decade-plus as a successful entrepreneur. Previously managing her own business catering to the Temecula Valley and surrounding areas, Jessica transitioned seamlessly into the property management division where she provides excellent customer service to WestMar’s landlords and tenants with a positive and friendly attitude. Jessica’s consistent commitment to going above and beyond, coupled with her friendly demeanor, not only makes her a pleasure to work with but also aligns seamlessly with WestMar’s commitment to excellence in property management.
